2019年山东科技大学经济管理学院人才引进公告
为适应学院发展需要，实施人才强院战略，我院2019年计划引进经济、管理类高层次人才6-10名，真诚欢迎海内外学者加盟。
一、 学院简介
山东科技大学建校于1951年，现已发展成为一所工科优势突出，行业特色鲜明，工学、理学、管理学、文学、法学、经济学、艺术学等多学科相互渗透、协调发展的省属重点大学。学校是山东省重点建设的应用基础型人才培养特色名校。经济管理学院现有教职工108人，在读研究生600余人，其中博士生60余人，留学生20余人。我院现有博士后流动站1个（管理科学与工程）、一级博士学位授权点1个（管理科学与工程），一级学术硕士学位授权点1个（管理科学与工程专业）、二级学术硕士学位授权点3个（技术经济及管理、会计学、企业管理）、专业硕士学位授权点3个（工商管理硕士（MBA）、会计硕士（MPAcc）、金融硕士），拥有“技术经济及管理”山东省重点学科、山东省强化建设人文社科“矿区循环经济与节能减排研究基地”、山东省教育厅“矿区和谐发展研究基地”、山东省科技厅“山东省资源开发与环境保护软科学基地”、山东省社科办“生态文明与社会经济发展研究基地”、“山东省科学与哲学研究基地”、山东省“经济转型与可持续发展”人文社科研究平台、中央与地方共建“城市与区域经济系统实验室”等培养平台。

三、引进流程及待遇
每年年初由学校统一发布本年度人才引进计划，优秀人才的公开招聘常年进行。依照应聘报名、资格审查、面试（教学试讲和学术报告）、综合考评、体检、组织考察、学校审批、公示、聘用的程序开展。相关待遇按照国家、省、学校有关规定执行。

Note:As for Postdoc, post doctoral programs need to be hosted.
2 Application and Renumeration
According to theplan, we are going to introduce 6~10 professionals in autumn 2019. Openrecruitment of talents is carried out as follows: registration, qualificationexamination, interview (including teaching and academic report), comprehensive evaluation, physicalexamination, organization investigation, examination and approval, publicity,and final employment.
